Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I personalise a Card or Mug?
    Yes, if there is not an option on the item you want to personalise, then please get in contact and we can discuss what you would like, and create your perfect item.
  • Dispatch & Postage
    All items are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class. Mugs are sent tracked and signed. We aim to have items in the mail the very next day from the day you order, however, we allow ourselves 3-5 working days so we can make sure every order is perfect and created with detail.
  • Sending Direct & Gift Wrapping
    We can gift wrap on request for a small fee, however, all of our items are packaged in green tissue paper, Ribbon and Welly Banter branding. We can also send items direct to the recipent on request, please make sure you tell us in advance, as we do send receipts in with the items.
  • Returns & Cancellations
    We will accept cancellations if the item has not yet been made or posted. Please let us know ASAP, to avoid disapointment. We also accept returns, if notified within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be sent back to us, and recieved in the same condition it was sent out in. If the item is recieved back within 30 days of the order in the same condition, a full refund will be given. It is at the owner of Welly Banters disgression to judge the condition of the item on return.
