We have all been there when sorting and working with sheep, when everything is going wrong! You loose your temper with your helper who maybe your friend, wife, husband, girlfriend/boyfriend and worker and you say a few things in the moment that you wouldn't normally say!

Returns
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know right away so we can get the matter resolved.
We will not replace, return or refund any item that is personalised.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your item. If you wish to return your item, please contact us and the item must be sent back in the great condition that the item was sent out in. We will not refund any item that is returned to us damaged or not in a good state.
Returned postage lies with you.
