Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class ensuring delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays. Mugs are sent 2nd Class Tracked and signed.

 

We aim to have items in the mail the very next day from the day you order. However, we allow ourselves 3-5 working days so we can make sure every order is perfect and created with detail. 

Currently, we are only shipping to the U.K. We aim to get your items to you in the quickest possible time, but sometimes the postal service may take a few more days than we expect. 

All mugs are shipped in Smash Proof Boxes, so they arrive to you in the absolute best condition, and are sent tracked and signed.


Gift Wrapping Service

 

We can gift wrap, on request, for a small fee. However, all of our items are packaged in green tissue paper, ribbon and Welly Banter branding.

Gift Delivery Service

 

We can send items direct to the gift recipient on request, please make sure you tell us in advance, as we do send receipts in with the items


Cancellations

We will accept cancellations if the item has not yet been made or posted. Please let us know ASAP, to avoid disappointment. Once an item has gone to print we cannot cancel or refund an order.

 

Returns

We accept returns if we are notified by email (wellybantsfam@gmail.com) or telephone within 14 days of you receiving your order.

 

The item must be sent back to us and received in the same condition it was sent out in.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is received back within 30 days of the order in the same condition, a full refund will be given. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

It is at the owner of Welly Banters discretion to judge the condition of the item on return.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

 

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Personalised Items

 

There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. Please refer to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Exceptions to the right to cancel
